Overview We ship products to customers in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and applicable postal/carrier rules. This policy forms part of our contract with you. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
-
Shipping destinations and methods We currently ship to [list regions, e.g. Australia-wide / selected international destinations]. We use [e.g. Australia Post Parcel Post / Express Post / other carriers]. Tracking is provided where available.
-
Shipping costs and times Costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, destination, and service selected. Estimated dispatch: Orders placed by [cut-off time, e.g. 2 pm AEST on a business day] are usually dispatched within [X] business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).Estimated delivery after dispatch: – Domestic standard: [e.g. 2–7 business days] – Domestic express: [e.g. 1–3 business days] – International: [e.g. 5–20+ business days, subject to customs] These are estimates only. Actual times can vary due to carrier performance, weather, peak periods, remote locations, or customs clearance. We will notify you of significant delays where practicable.
-
Order processing and dispatch We will confirm your order by email. Title and risk in the goods generally pass to you on delivery (when the goods are received by you or left at the agreed delivery address in accordance with carrier practices you have accepted). Until then, we remain responsible under the Australian Consumer Law.
-
Packaging We pack goods securely to protect them in transit, in line with carrier guidelines. Fragile or high-value items may require additional packaging or insurance (Extra Cover).
-
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged: Contact us promptly with your order number and details. We will investigate with the carrier. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) depending on whether the failure is major or minor. We will not simply refer you to the carrier. Proof of non-delivery or damage (photos, tracking screenshots) helps us resolve the issue quickly. We may require the return of damaged goods (we cover reasonable return costs if the product is faulty or does not meet consumer guarantees).
-
Incorrect address or failed delivery Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, we may charge re-shipping costs or offer a refund less any non-recoverable postage.
-
Restricted, prohibited, or special items Certain products (dangerous goods, batteries, liquids, perishables, alcohol, etc.) are subject to carrier and legal restrictions. We will not ship items that cannot lawfully or safely be posted. International shipments must comply with destination country rules; the customer is usually responsible for any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.
-
International shipping Customs declarations will be completed accurately. Delivery times and successful clearance are outside our full control. Any duties, GST, or fees payable on arrival are generally the customer’s responsibility (unless we have arranged DDP or similar).
-
